About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Guidehouse US Government Contracts and public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave
  • Prepare and review Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks
  • Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts
  • Communicate issues and propose solutions for contractual challenges
  • Participate in proposal preparation, emphasizing contract-term risk and compliance review
  • Process contract awards, modifications, and closeout of US Government contracts and subcontracts
  • Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines
  • Maintain contractual documentation for Guidehouse agreements in internal databases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0-2 years of work experience including internships
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
  • Currently authorized to work in the country
  • No sponsorship is available for this position
  • Experience in contract administration
  • Experience working with Federal Government contracts
  • Great organization and writing skills
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
