Key responsibilities & impact

Lead EUR's digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions
Architect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions
Improve collaboration, document management, and business operations
Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations
Streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort
Develop executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce
Support data-driven decision-making
Develop technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance
Provide technical leadership, solution oversight, and mentorship
Ensure high-quality, secure, and sustainable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of SIX (6) years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365
Selected candidate must be able to travel to client site as needed (up to 50%)
Demonstrated experience serving in a technical lead, solution architect, or similar leadership role
Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce
Experience building dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
Experience leading technical projects
Experience developing technical requirements or Statements of Work (SOWs)
Experience managing solution delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and recommendations to technical teams and executive leadership
Active Secret security clearance required
Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services
Experience with enterprise information architecture, data governance, and records management
Experience supporting large enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing development standards and best practices
