About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide and support client Case Management systems
  • Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines
  • Identify, document, mitigate, and resolve project risks, technical issues, and technical debt
  • Collaborate with clients, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts
  • Gather technical requirements and propose solutions aligned with architectural and business needs
  • Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations across discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment phases
  • Participate in data-centric client discovery meetings
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
  • Develop Dynamics CRM integrations and customizations
  • Design and support system architecture processes for custom code and data migration requirements
  • Conduct tailored demonstrations of technology solutions
  • Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Improve development, testing, and release efficiency through tools and frameworks
  • Travel to multiple customer locations for demonstrations and meetings when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US Citizenship is required for this role
  • US equivalent Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
  • Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment
  • Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
  • Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
  • Core skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Up to 25% travel required
