About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project teams on client engagements and internal projects
- Manage clients and projects

- Gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations on baseline performance, structure, best practices, and benchmarks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
- Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States
- Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired
- Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar preferred
- Previous internship or work experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of business analytics software, Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
- Travel up to 75%+ may be required; additional travel may depend on client needs
