About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project teams on client engagements and internal projects
- Perform client and project management activities
- Analyze data and information
- Implement solutions and generate project results
- Develop and create quality deliverables supporting essential project workstreams
- Gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance, structure, best practices, and benchmarks
- Support managed care strategy work for hospitals, health systems, private equity-backed organizations, and other providers
- Progress along a defined career path while deepening specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
- Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States
- Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position
- Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred
- Previous internship or work experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Business Analytics software, Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Demonstrated written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
- Some travel may be required depending on client needs
- Travel required up to 75%+
