Key responsibilities & impact

Support project teams on client engagements and internal projects
Perform client and project management activities
Analyze data and information
Implement solutions and generate project results
Develop and create quality deliverables supporting essential project workstreams
Gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance, structure, best practices, and benchmarks
Support managed care strategy work for hospitals, health systems, private equity-backed organizations, and other providers
Progress along a defined career path while deepening specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States
Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position
Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred
Previous internship or work experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Business Analytics software, Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
Strong quantitative and organizational skills
Demonstrated written and oral communication and presentation skills
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
Some travel may be required depending on client needs
Travel required up to 75%+
