Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Must remain enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States
Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or hiring
Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar preferred
Previous internship or work experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of business analytics software such as Access, SAS, R, and/or SQL
Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
Strong quantitative and organizational skills
Written and oral communication and presentation skills
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
Travel may be required depending on client needs
Up to 75%+ travel required
