About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project teams on client engagements and internal projects
- Manage client and project activities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data and information
- Implement solutions and generate project results
- Develop and create quality deliverables supporting project workstreams
- Identify performance gaps and trends
- Make recommendations based on baseline performance, structure, best practices, and benchmarks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Must remain enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
- Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States
- Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or hiring
- Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar preferred
- Previous internship or work experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of business analytics software such as Access, SAS, R, and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
- Travel may be required depending on client needs
- Up to 75%+ travel required
- No clearance required
