About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide clients and delivery teams in designing innovative Salesforce platform solutions
- Contribute to successful consulting engagements and project delivery
- Work closely with the Solution Architect, Technical Architect, business analysts, and other delivery team members
- Design and implement real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems
- Develop complex Salesforce Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce solutions
- Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, or integration tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
- US Citizenship is contractually required
- Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance
- Experience designing and implementing real-time and batch Salesforce integrations with legacy systems
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and integration tools/ESBs such as Informatica, MuleSoft, or Cast-Iron
- Expert-level knowledge of Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, Visualforce Pages, and complex Lightning Web Components
- Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and Aura framework
- Experience with Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices
- Experience with Apex, Triggers, Data Loader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, APIs, JavaScript APIs, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience in a Big 4 or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner is highly desired
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred
- Experience with public sector clients is preferred
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
- OmniStudio experience is preferred
- Demonstrable experience in at least one of Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SalesforceMaps (MapAnything), Field Service Lightning, or MuleSoft is highly desired
