About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide clients and delivery teams in designing innovative Salesforce platform solutions
Contribute to successful consulting engagements and project delivery
Work closely with the Solution Architect, Technical Architect, business analysts, and other delivery team members
Design and implement real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems
Develop complex Salesforce Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce solutions
Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, or integration tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
US Citizenship is contractually required
Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance
Experience designing and implementing real-time and batch Salesforce integrations with legacy systems
Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and integration tools/ESBs such as Informatica, MuleSoft, or Cast-Iron
Expert-level knowledge of Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, Visualforce Pages, and complex Lightning Web Components
Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and Aura framework
Experience with Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices
Experience with Apex, Triggers, Data Loader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, APIs, JavaScript APIs, HTML5, and CSS
Experience in a Big 4 or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner is highly desired
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred
Experience with public sector clients is preferred
Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
OmniStudio experience is preferred
Demonstrable experience in at least one of Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SalesforceMaps (MapAnything), Field Service Lightning, or MuleSoft is highly desired
