About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide clients in assessing platform options and determining how Workday and other enterprise platforms serve their priorities
- Implement technology and platform solutions with exceptional quality
- Apply technology solutions to complex cloud challenges in collaboration with ecosystem partners
- Help organizations streamline processes, manage change, and maximize their investment in Workday
- Optimize clients’ business processes while aligning with recommended practices for their industries
- Contribute to digital solutions for defense and security, financial services, healthcare, and state and local government clients
- Collaborate with partners to solve complex client problems and maximize the value of emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduate by Summer 2026
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Business, or similar
- Willingness to learn new technical skills
- Exposure to software programming/coding skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to adhere to on-site work schedules as directed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher level of federal/government security clearance
- US Citizenship is one of the requirements for security clearance
- Previous internship or work experience is desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to write technical process flows, diagrams, and model documentation
- Foundational understanding of diverse database structures
- Familiarity with fundamental software architecture patterns
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and vibe coding
