About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of Microsoft platform and business applications engagements across diverse clients and industries
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risk mitigation
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into Microsoft-based solutions and delivery plans
Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, developers, and project resources
Advise clients and internal teams on delivery strategy, platform adoption, and operational excellence
Manage escalations, remove delivery roadblocks, and maintain communication with leadership and client sponsors
Support business growth through delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and proposal or solution shaping activities
Travel to client sites when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of seven years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs
Experience preferably in Microsoft platform or business applications environments
Proven success managing complex client engagements with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Strong leadership experience guiding technical and functional teams in a matrixed, client-facing environment
Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and delivery methodologies
Ability to align solutions to business outcomes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
US Citizenship is contractually required
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when needed
