- Our Strategic Communications Consultants help federal clients communicate complex information, engage diverse stakeholders, and advance mission-critical initiatives through integrated communications strategies and high-impact content.
- Specific responsibilities include: Strategic Communications Planning, Internal Communications, Executive Communications, and Stakeholder Engagement, Communications Product Development and Content Management, Program and Project Management Support, Team Collaboration and Practice Development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, communications consulting, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
- Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare organizations
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience translating complex technical or policy information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate communications.
- Experience developing communications products such as executive communications, newsletters, digital content, web content, articles, presentations, fact sheets, toolkits, and briefing materials.
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, organizational change, transformation initiatives, or large-scale program implementations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply
- Currently reside in the contiguous United States
