Our Strategic Communications Consultants help federal clients communicate complex information, engage diverse stakeholders, and advance mission-critical initiatives through integrated communications strategies and high-impact content.
Specific responsibilities include: Strategic Communications Planning, Internal Communications, Executive Communications, and Stakeholder Engagement, Communications Product Development and Content Management, Program and Project Management Support, Team Collaboration and Practice Development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, communications consulting, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare organizations
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience translating complex technical or policy information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate communications.
Experience developing communications products such as executive communications, newsletters, digital content, web content, articles, presentations, fact sheets, toolkits, and briefing materials.
Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, organizational change, transformation initiatives, or large-scale program implementations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply
Currently reside in the contiguous United States
