Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation of Site Reliability Engineering practices across enterprise environments.
Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability metrics.
Drive automation of operational processes and incident response workflows.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Design and implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
US Citizenship is contractually required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of SEVEN (7)+ years of overall work experience.
Experience supporting large-scale cloud platforms.
Strong AWS operational experience.
Experience with production operations, monitoring, and incident response.
Experience with container orchestration, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
AWS Professional certification would be nice to have.
Google SRE or related reliability engineering experience would be nice to have.
Experience supporting highly available enterprise environments would be nice to have.
Experience with Chaos Engineering practices would be nice to have.
Familiarity with geospatial platforms including ArcGIS Enterprise would be nice to have.
