About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Senior Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-related initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes to recommend efficient, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and validation of delivered functionality.
- Maintain documentation and help ensure project deliverables are aligned with business goals and technical standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least THREE (3) years specializing in ServiceNow
- Proven experience working on several projects
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
