About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-to-day execution of core GMS business operations, including: Resource & bench management, Workforce and financial forecasting, Pipeline / PRT tracking and governance
- Own process integrity, standardization, and performance across the business
- Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Lead and drive internal GMS initiatives (e.g., operating model evolution, tooling, governance improvements)
- Act as the connective layer across Finance, Delivery, People, and Solutions functions
- Establish and track operational KPIs (e.g., utilization, forecast accuracy, reporting SLAs)
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cost performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in business operations
- Requires a University Degree and prior relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, workforce planning, and operational governance at scale
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence at Partner / Director level
- Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused
