About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day execution of core GMS business operations, including: Resource & bench management, Workforce and financial forecasting, Pipeline / PRT tracking and governance
Own process integrity, standardization, and performance across the business
Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive decision-making
Lead and drive internal GMS initiatives (e.g., operating model evolution, tooling, governance improvements)
Act as the connective layer across Finance, Delivery, People, and Solutions functions
Establish and track operational KPIs (e.g., utilization, forecast accuracy, reporting SLAs)
Identify and implement improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cost performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in business operations
Requires a University Degree and prior relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, workforce planning, and operational governance at scale
Strong executive presence with ability to influence at Partner / Director level
Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused
