What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
7 years of relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
CPC from AAPC
Minimum of 3 years people management experience
Experience managing coding teams on large projects
Experience with project management within an academic medical center
Specialty credentials from the AAPC (nice to have)
Proficiency in multiple specialties (nice to have)
Good written and oral skills (nice to have)
Proficient with technology (nice to have)
