About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across cross-functional Product, Development, and QA teams to support timely, high-quality software delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies to strengthen adoption and delivery maturity.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals and delivery commitments.
- Use Agile metrics, including velocity, predictability, and team health, to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
- Promote delivery best practices across engineering, testing, and release activities to support quality outcomes.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog, prioritize work, and align sprint execution with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment by supporting healthy team dynamics and effective conflict resolution.
- Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Two (2) years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation projects.
- Experience supporting or leading Agile teams in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, manage competing priorities, and drive team outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for consideration.
