About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and enhance enterprise application components supporting solution delivery
Engineer solutions using an AI‑first mindset
Implement and optimize integration patterns and mass API workflows
Lead development of data architecture, database design, and data structuring approaches
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery partners
Provide hands-on support as well as mentoring to junior developer(s) as needed
Partner with adjacent teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise platforms
Apply enterprise standards and controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of experience in software engineering or application development roles
Strong experience developing full‑stack applications, including back‑end services (e.g., Python) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js and/or Next.js, TypeScript)
Strong experience with integration development, including designing and consuming APIs and MCPs
Strong experience with database architecture and data structuring
Experience working with containerized applications, including Docker and Kubernetes
Experience using GIT repositories, such as GitHub
Experience working within SDLC methodologies
Ability to work effectively in FDE, cross‑functional delivery teams
Domain expertise as a core requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
