About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with IT Portfolio Leaders for Finance, Legal, and Human Resources to develop strategies and capture demands.
  • Publish roadmaps and ensure successful execution of IT enablement projects.
  • Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate project onboarding/offboarding and regular project meetings.
  • Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.
  • Track progress, manage scope, document decisions, and maintain accurate project artifacts throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus minimum 8 years of relevant experience; 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience leading IT projects and/or coordinating complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment using AI and modern IT project management techniques such as iterations, agile-at-scale, and/or forward-deployed engineering.
  • Experience leading IT projects supporting Finance, Legal, and/or Human Resources functions.
  • Consultative mindset with strong advisory and problem-solving skills, grounded in a commitment to customer success.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain project documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently while driving collaboration and accountability across teams.
