About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical subject matter expertise to a team performing a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization
Assist in the development of an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce
Identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces
Create improved methods of information-sharing governance and reporting
Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client

Requirements

What you’ll need

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
TEN (10) or more years of experience supporting DHS, DoD, or the Intelligence Community
Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, national security, public policy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to support complex federal programs, including stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting
Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, or interagency intelligence operations
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a program or project environment
Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g., HSIN) and governance or collaboration frameworks
Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making
Exposure to operational modernization, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives
