About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead structured discovery sessions to define business processes, KPIs, and functional requirements.
Own the domain model across commercial and patient-facing functions (entities, hierarchies, process flows, business rules).
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for analytics, AI, and application teams.
Drive the Agile culture within the team and drive the relevant ceremonies across the SDLC phases of the program.
Define KPI frameworks and measurement logic supporting revenue performance, contracting, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Partner with Enterprise and Cloud/Data Architects to ensure functional requirements are accurately embedded into integration and data contracts.
Support UAT validation and reconcile outputs to business expectations.
Document and maintain reusable domain accelerators (business glossary, KPI libraries, functional blueprints).
Operate effectively across US and offshore time zones with strong documentation discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of experience, including 4+ years in US biopharma commercial, market access, patient services, or medical affairs environments.
Strong understanding of US Pharma operating models and revenue lifecycle concepts.
Experience with US pharma commercial data sets and understanding of the data intricacies.
Experience translating business requirements into structured documentation and Agile artifacts.
Ability to lead discovery workshops and resolve ambiguity through structured frameworks.
Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and engineering teams in technology-enabled transformations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, life sciences, or related field
