About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead structured discovery sessions to define business processes, KPIs, and functional requirements.
  • Own the domain model across commercial and patient-facing functions (entities, hierarchies, process flows, business rules).
  • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for analytics, AI, and application teams.
  • Drive the Agile culture within the team and drive the relevant ceremonies across the SDLC phases of the program.
  • Define KPI frameworks and measurement logic supporting revenue performance, contracting, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with Enterprise and Cloud/Data Architects to ensure functional requirements are accurately embedded into integration and data contracts.
  • Support UAT validation and reconcile outputs to business expectations.
  • Document and maintain reusable domain accelerators (business glossary, KPI libraries, functional blueprints).
  • Operate effectively across US and offshore time zones with strong documentation discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of experience, including 4+ years in US biopharma commercial, market access, patient services, or medical affairs environments.
  • Strong understanding of US Pharma operating models and revenue lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience with US pharma commercial data sets and understanding of the data intricacies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into structured documentation and Agile artifacts.
  • Ability to lead discovery workshops and resolve ambiguity through structured frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and engineering teams in technology-enabled transformations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, life sciences, or related field
