About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a high‑visibility, global initiative designed to promote trusted technology, strengthen digital infrastructure security, and reduce vulnerabilities to untrusted suppliers
Oversee strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance programming, and monitoring of international undersea cable projects
Lead large‑scale foreign assistance-funded project in support of national security mission
Provide authoritative advice to senior government leaders on complex acquisition, technical, and policy issues
Define potential issues and deliver actionable recommendations
Execute program management activities such as program reviews, operating plans, and investment roadmaps
Integrate cost, technical, and policy analysis to evaluate alternatives, assess risk, and support data‑driven decision‑making across complex acquisition portfolios
Build and sustain coalitions across government, industry, and academia; coordinate with senior stakeholders; communicate complex technical or acquisition issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
TEN (10) years of experience in program/project management with the federal government
