Key responsibilities & impact

Guidehouse is currently seeking financial management professionals in support of our Department of Defense client.
These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, and financial policy.
Our Guidehouse team will provide: Financial audit statements and audit readiness services Support to the DoW financial statement audit remediation and sustainment strategy and execution, oversight and reporting, and audit infrastructure.
Specifically, Enterprise Audit Remediation/Sustainment Strategy, Oversight and Reporting support, including Audit Remediation/Sustainment Strategy, Governance Meeting Support – Content Development, Governance Communication – Content Development Recurring FIAR Reporting Audit Remediation, including DoW-wide Remediation Support, Audit Remediation and Sustainment Working Group Meeting Support, Remediation Expertise Support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred
Bachelor’s degree
TEN (10) years supporting government financial management, including audits, audit readiness, remediation, and ICOF
Knowledge of GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR, and DoD financial management policies/structures, with experience in areas such as General Equipment, Inventory, Real Property, IGT (AP/AR), or OM&S
