About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day‑to‑day delivery of complex client engagements from project initiation through completion, ensuring high‑quality and timely outputs.
- Apply structured problem‑solving, strategic frameworks, and analytical methods to address complex client challenges.
- Oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact, building trusted relationships and supporting effective expectation management.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting skill development, performance, and engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Progressive experience in management consulting, healthcare, public sector, or related advisory environments.
- Minimum 5-7 years of prior professional experience (post Bachelor's degree).
- Experience working with healthcare payers, with emphasis on Medical Management (e.g. Utilization Management) strategy and implementation
- Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or projects, including managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience synthesizing complex information for senior audiences.
- Experience collaborating with and developing junior staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public trust Clearance (US citizenship required)
