About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and modernize Microsoft Business Applications solutions
Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
Build enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions using Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate
Develop backend services and integrations using C# (.NET) plugins, Azure Functions, and REST/SOAP APIs
Author and review technical architecture diagrams and solution topologies
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 environments
Collaborate with functional leads, architects, and client stakeholders in Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery models

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum SEVEN (7) years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise integration patterns
Bachelor’s degree (or US equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
US Citizenship required (contractual)
Ability to work in a hybrid delivery environment
