About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Managing and developing the Corporate Services SG&A budget
Analyzing actual results compared to the budget
Assisting with the monthly financial close
Reviewing monthly results to identify and investigate variances
Preparing reports and presentations to explain month-end outcomes
Creating financial models to aid decision making
Acting as the main business partner for designated cost centers, providing financial guidance, analysis, and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of direct, proven experience in a similar finance position
Background working with accounting teams, department heads, and company leadership in a mid-size or large organization
Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with financial planning tools
Ability to work independently and consistently meet hard deadlines
