About the role
- Support the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) grants management mission by providing advisory and program support services across the federal grants lifecycle.
- Work includes grants policy and process analysis, program operations support, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to help ACF programs operate in compliance with federal statutes, regulations, and HHS/ACF policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree
- Prior HHS experience or other Federal Public Health experience (NIH, FDA, CDC, CMS, etc.)
- Experience working at a large consulting firm
- 5 or more years of professional experience in consulting, grants management, strategy, organizational transformation, policy development, process improvement, project/program management
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (I.e. US Citizenship required)
