About the role
- The LMS Administrator / Training Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Guidehouse people’s career development.
- The LMS Admin will create learning modules and employee experience opportunities in our Cornerstone learning management system and document upgrades in our tracking documents.
- The LMS Admin will also provide service and support for our people by responding to customer service through our ServiceNow system.
- This position will work directly with content owners and facilitators from the business and assist with their ability to use instructor admin tools in Cornerstone.
- The role will be an active participant in process improvement and innovation to bring world-class training to the workforce.
- The position will report to our LMS Lead and work with the global Learning & Development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Client Services, Sales or related areas.
- At least one year of experience as an LMS Administrator or Cornerstone
- Proven experience creating learning modules on the Cornerstone LMS including creating/implementing/updating tests and surveys, courses and classes, categories, content, activities and tasks, granting credit and closing classes, and more
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to process and utilize diverse information including organizational structure, drivers of business change, eLearning content libraries, and the functionalities of the learning management system
- Attention to detail to repeat routine tasks accurately and utilize tracking tools for system and process updates
- Desire to take responsibility for own actions and working accordingly to get the job done
- Ability to follow directions to meet current quality standards and contribute ideas to improve processes and user experience
- A customer service mindset to ensure matters related to client or potential clients are handled in a way that creates positive lasting impressions with high quality
- Proficient in M365 Copilot, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to take on other duties as assigned and as needed with a positive and willing attitude.
