Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare IT programs, including EPIC integrations, clinical systems modernization, and enterprise platform implementations
Translate ambiguous healthcare business challenges into structured product roadmaps and actionable execution plans
Drive high-quality, on-time delivery using Hybrid Agile and SAFe frameworks
Oversee scope control, financial governance, integrated schedules, and executive reporting
Identify and mitigate delivery risks through structured RAID management
Institutionalize Agile and SAFe frameworks across enterprise healthcare initiatives
Own and prioritize EPICs and features, partnering with Scrum teams
Lead EPIC implementations and/or enhancements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, GCP, GMP, and GCLP regulatory requirements
Partner with enterprise architects, data engineers, and application teams to deliver cloud-enabled healthcare solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between executive stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, and IT delivery organizations
Contribute to enterprise PMO strategy, roadmap development, and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required
Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in healthcare IT project management, product delivery, and enterprise transformation
Demonstrated experience implementing and integrating with EPIC platforms
Proven track record delivering data-driven and analytics-enabled healthcare solutions across provider, payer, and life sciences environments
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise data tools (Amazon Redshift, Glue)
Strong governance experience, including financial oversight, portfolio management, and executive reporting
Demonstrated success leading agile teams within Scrum and SAFe frameworks
