Drive high engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, testing patterns, and maintainable designs
Design data interactions and write SQL queries that support reliable application behavior and performance
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned to business needs
Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts across the platform
Influence team practices and contribute to technical direction through best practices and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, strong collaboration habits, and comfort operating autonomously in a remote environment
2+ year of relevant software engineering experience (1 year of internships and College level projects may be considered as part of the 2 years)
Proficiency in Golang for backend development
Working experience with .NET (development, maintenance, or integration)
Familiarity with AWS and/or Kubernetes (academic, internship, or professional experience acceptable)
Understanding of software development best practices (version control, testing, documentation, peer review)
4+ years of relevant software engineering experience for the experienced role (T3)
Proficiency in Golang for backend development
Experience with .NET services (development, maintenance, APIs, or integration)
Experience deploying applications in AWS and working in Kubernetes (or equivalent container orchestration)
Strong understanding of software development best practices (testing, CI/CD awareness, documentation, secure coding)
6+ years of relevant software engineering experience for the senior role (T4)
Strong proficiency in Golang
Strong experience with .NET in production services (APIs/microservices preferred)
Strong experience with AWS services and Kubernetes deployments in real-world environments
Proven ability to deliver high-quality software using best practices (testing strategy, CI/CD, secure coding, design patterns)
