Rapidly design and build polished, demo-ready UI prototypes and proofs of concept that double as reusable assets for client demos and accelerators.
Leverage GenAI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to move from idea to refined UI at high speed.
Translate Figma designs into accessible, maintainable front-end code.
Create UIs from scratch when designs don’t exist, applying strong visual and interaction design judgment.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Full-Stack AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to build AI-driven prototypes and MVPs.
Optimize prototypes for a production-ready path so delivery teams can harden with minimal rework.

Requirements

5+ years of professional front-end development experience building production applications.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
Expertise with React/Next.js, TypeScript, modern CSS (e.g., Tailwind or CSS Modules), and component-driven architecture.
Demonstrated, hands-on use of GenAI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to dramatically accelerate delivery.
Proficiency with AWS or Azure.
Experience working within agile development methodologies.
Strong proficiency translating Figma designs into high-fidelity, accessible, maintainable code.
Understanding of AI/ML deployment workflows.
Preference will be given to candidates who reside within the DMV area.
