The Systems Engineer provides systems engineering leadership for component‑level capabilities while ensuring integration, performance, and alignment with mission objectives.
Develop and manage system requirements, risks, and documentation
Support ERBs and technical reviews
Coordinate component integration and end‑to‑end system performance
Support data management and system optimization efforts
Provide technical input to acquisition and vendor engagement
Align engineering efforts to long‑term mission vision

Requirements

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree
FOUR (4) or more years' experience with systems engineering, including in-depth knowledge of requirements, risk, and schedule management
Strong technical coordination skills
Acquisition support experience
Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
JIRA or agile delivery experience
