Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant in a rapidly growing practice.
In this role, you will serve as a key contributor responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
You will work closely with developers, administrators, and project managers to design and execute test strategies, document defects, validate fixes, and support continuous improvement of project quality.
You will guide internal and external teams through testing efforts across system, integration, functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing activities using an adaptive‑agile methodology.
You will be instrumental in reviewing requirements, creating test plans, participating in sprint ceremonies, and ensuring that all Salesforce functionality—customized or declarative—meets defined acceptance criteria and organizational standards.
This role is also critical in identifying risks early, collaborating with technical teams to triage issues, and ensuring quality assurance is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of THREE (3) years of Quality Assurance experience, specifically testing Salesforce applications.
US Citizenship is contractually required.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce data models.
Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing strategies.
Hands‑on experience with test automation and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, test automation frameworks, JIRA).
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into effective test scenarios.
Ability to adapt to the evolving Salesforce ecosystem and rapidly changing features.
