About the role
- Understand high-level client requirements, break them down into detailed tasks, and collaborate with the team to define solutions
- Provide recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Contribute & Manage backend PMO activities including project documentation, governance, and compliance tracking
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights
- Perform internal data analysis and quality checks; interpret results and communicate findings to business stakeholders
- Support process automation initiatives using VBA & Macros, and Data Modelling & Transformation using Power Pivot and Power Query
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes for reporting and automation
- Work independently with low to moderate supervision while ensuring deadlines and accuracy of deliverables are consistently met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, IT, Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or backend PMO activities
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, macros)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of PowerBI for dashboard creation and VBA for Process Automation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions proactively
- Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement
