About the role

Work closely with clients, digital leaders, solutions architects, and technical/functional leads across Guidehouse digital teams
Serve as a key member of the modernization team supporting technical challenges, demos, and building solution prototypes using cloud architectures
Solutions architecture and hands-on engineering/full-stack development of scalable and secure distributed systems using cloud native and microservices
Design, build, test, and deploy high-value, operationally resilient software products on the AWS cloud
Collaborate with UX designers, platform engineers, product owners, solution architects, and business analysts
Build and deploy custom applications in the AWS cloud using CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
Support solution architecture for proposals, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives

Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder
A bachelor's degree is required, or a Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Minimum of SIX (6) years of prior relevant experience in full-stack application development
Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with cloud applications development on the AWS cloud
Experience and proficiency in frontend and backend services with Python, JavaScript, Django and Vue.JS (alternatives allowed)
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (must-have)
For Django, alternatives: Flask, FastAPI, Falcon, or SQLAlchemy
For Vue.JS, alternatives: React, Svelte, or Angular (v1.6+)
Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate, mentor, and support team members
Proven ability to develop software products and solution prototypes
In-depth understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile practices and principles
Must be an experienced Agile practitioner
