About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise Payer/Provider clients on strategic planning, business model strategy, operating model strategy/design, competitive agility, enterprise transformation, cost reductions/ZBx, M&A, service line strategy, product strategy, and innovation
- Support project teams on client engagements, both on and off-site, and internal projects
- Perform client and project management
- Conduct data and information analysis
- Support solution implementation and generation of project results
- Develop and create quality deliverables supporting essential project workstreams
- Gather and analyze data
- Identify gaps and trends
- Make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, best practices, and benchmarks
- Develop project management skills, leadership abilities, specialized industry knowledge, and consulting skills along a defined career path
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0 years of experience required
- Master's Degree required
- Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
- Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States
- Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position
- Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
- Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
- Some travel may be required depending on client needs
