About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise Payer/Provider clients on strategic planning, business model strategy, operating model strategy/design, competitive agility, enterprise transformation, cost reductions/ZBx, M&A, service line strategy, product strategy, and innovation
  • Support project teams on client engagements, both on and off-site, and internal projects
  • Perform client and project management
  • Conduct data and information analysis
  • Support solution implementation and generation of project results
  • Develop and create quality deliverables supporting essential project workstreams
  • Gather and analyze data
  • Identify gaps and trends
  • Make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, best practices, and benchmarks
  • Develop project management skills, leadership abilities, specialized industry knowledge, and consulting skills along a defined career path

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0 years of experience required
  • Master's Degree required
  • Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
  • Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States
  • Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position
  • Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred
  • Previous internship or work experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
  • Strong knowledge and application of healthcare research resources
  • Strong quantitative and organizational skills
  • Written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
  • Some travel may be required depending on client needs
