About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as an expert independent contributor and site owner for the firm's intranet and extranet properties
- Ensure digital touchpoints remain stable, secure, performant, and continuously evolving
- Manage debugging, programming enhancements, and developing new modules and features
- Lead complex projects from intake through release
- Collaborate with Design, Content, and Branding teams to translate requirements into maintainable web experiences
- Implement best practices around code quality and site reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 8-10+ years of experience building and optimizing large web applications in React or similar frameworks
- Proven track record improving real-user performance metrics at scale
- Strength in modern bundling and build tooling such as Webpack
- Experienced with Azure and devops deployments
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent collaboration and communication across platform and product teams
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter
