About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure and highly available infrastructure, primarily on Azure
Manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal performance, scalability and security
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery of infrastructure
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure reliability and rapid incident resolution
Use tools and platforms such as Datadog (or similar) to improve system visibility
Collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets
Work with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application requirements and performance needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SRE roles
Proven experience with Azure, including networking and storage
Proficiency with Kubernetes (preferably AKS), including cluster management and troubleshooting
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
Solid understanding of observability principles and experience with Datadog
Strong scripting skills (for example Bash, Python or PowerShell)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate English
