About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source and identify potential candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Screen CVs and support the initial candidate selection process
Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates
Support hiring managers and the People team throughout recruitment processes
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment pipelines
Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with global projects from the People Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Fluent in English
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow within an international company
