About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
  • Manage reservations and handle guest communications efficiently

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality guest experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Based in Porto and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A guest-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
