About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
- Manage reservations and handle guest communications efficiently
- Support daily operations across departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Coordinate tasks using our Property Management System (PMS) and internal tools
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality guest experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Porto and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A guest-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
