About the role

  • Manage qualified inbound leads from property owners interested in GuestReady's services
  • Prospect and acquire clients: actively identify and reach out to potential property owners
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present GuestReady's services
  • Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle
  • Analyze properties and owners' goals to propose tailored short-term rental strategies
  • Provide clear, timely responses to prospects' questions and objections
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover after contract signing
  • Support prospects throughout the decision-making process to ensure a positive, reassuring experience
  • Track your performance and provide regular reports to your manager
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the short-term rental and real estate markets to become a trusted advisor

Requirements

  • Initial sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a similar sector
  • Strong closing skills and a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (attention to detail and spelling)
  • Native French speaker with strong spoken and written English
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Professional, diplomatic, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently
