About the role

  • Manage qualified inbound leads from property owners interested in GuestReady's services
  • Actively prospect and generate new property owner leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn, personal network, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings (video or phone)
  • Drive the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signing
  • Analyze properties and owner expectations to propose tailored strategies
  • Respond clearly and promptly to prospect questions and objections
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover after signing
  • Support prospects through their decision-making process and ensure a reassuring experience
  • Track your sales performance and provide regular reporting
  • Continuously develop expertise in the short-term rental and real estate market in France

Requirements

  • Freelance/independent contractor status (or ability to become one), based in France or within a time zone compatible with French working hours
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a related field
  • Excellent closing skills and a strong results orientation
  • Experience in outbound prospecting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native French speaker with a good level of English
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently and work independently
  • Professional, client-focused and consultative approach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed in managing the sales cycle
