About the role

  • Ownership of the top-of-funnel in the European hospitality market
  • Identify and research target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Sales Managers
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and messaging
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, validate and scale repeatable sales playbooks
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
  • Actively contribute to a high-performing, positive and collaborative sales culture

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS environment, ideally at a startup or scale-up
  • Experience selling to independent hotels and enterprise hotel chains as well as individual hotels in the DACH region
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to shape things, not just execute
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly numbers- and target-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Curious, eager to learn and growth-oriented – with an eye toward a closing role
  • Multilingual (fluent German and English; Italian and other languages a plus)
