About the role
- Ownership of the top-of-funnel in the European hospitality market
- Identify and research target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Sales Managers
- Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and messaging
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, validate and scale repeatable sales playbooks
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
- Actively contribute to a high-performing, positive and collaborative sales culture
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS environment, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Experience selling to independent hotels and enterprise hotel chains as well as individual hotels in the DACH region
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to shape things, not just execute
- Comfortable with uncertainty and changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly numbers- and target-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Curious, eager to learn and growth-oriented – with an eye toward a closing role
- Multilingual (fluent German and English; Italian and other languages a plus)
