About the role
- Support all HR processes at Guess Europe HQ in all of their core activities with a focus on talent acquisition and administration tasks.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare and job post using appropriate channels (direct search, advertisements, external recruiting firm)
- Provide support in CV screening and communication to candidates and involved hiring managers
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Manage onboarding activities, making sure that all key players are involved in a precise and timely manner
- Support in filing and updating employee records
- Assist in preparing contracts and HR documents
- Help with work permit processes and contact with local authorities
- Support communication with external partners (AVS, insurance, etc.)
- Assist employees with basic HR/admin requests and onboarding activities
- Support in managing the attendance portal and keeping information updated
- Collaborate with the HR Controlling team
- Support in the review and preparation of the updated HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources Management or Economics)
- Fluent in English, any additional language is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- High Flexibility
