Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue for Guess e-commerce website.
  • Maximize technical and creative opportunities afforded by the breadth of Web-based static and social marketing in order to attract customers to the brand.
  • Deal with media buying, social networking and search engine optimization to maintain a client base and seek new clients.
  • Drive direction out of ambiguity and question the status quo to enhance marketing campaigns and website content.
  • Create a sense of urgency for customers.
  • Supervise the entire Web Marketing team and all activities performed by it.
  • Be responsible for acquiring partners and clients as well as retaining old clients.
  • Evaluate and track different online marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the Web Marketing, CRO and SEO team in support of marketing objectives.
  • Lead inbound marketing strategies by creating unique content.
  • Formulate the best SEO and SEM practices, website development, online advertising, and content to drive revenue and new customers.
  • Optimize CRO throughout all traffic channels and on-site implementations.
  • Manage online marketing strategies, programs and oversee ad campaigns.
  • Perform tests consistently to optimize results based on revenue goals.
  • Drive SEO programs to ensure high site ranking for valued keywords.
  • Develop email marketing programs and recommend additional online marketing programs.
  • Track and report key operational metrics that include traffic and performance.
  • Procure assets from various resources and apply knowledge related to web standards, content and messaging.
  • Manage online promotions that include participation in competitions, subscription drives, etc.
  • Manage online web-marketing budget and oversee monthly planning and budgeting.
  • Supervise and elaborate editorial and commercial text creation for website contents and Email Marketing.
  • Recommend and implement content changes and improvements for SEO purposes.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Identify and react to challenges and opportunities to reach sales and ROI targets.
  • Provide inputs into web design and navigation.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative analysis for performance reporting by Country and Web-Marketing Channel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 8 years experience in web-marketing and CRO environment;
  • At least 8 years experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool
  • Proficiency knowledge of English language (both written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and follow-up;
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills. Preference to work with number
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
  • Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Capability of adapt to changes and work under pressure
