About the role
- Contract management: drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and related documents
- Assess and determine legal risks; provide operational recommendations
- Promote a compliance culture: disseminate best practices and contribute to updating compliance frameworks
- Handle drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts
- Analyze and secure commercial proposals
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters related to commercial activities
- Support and secure external growth transactions (M&A)
- Draft and negotiate key documents (NDA, LOI, TSA)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Business/Corporate Law
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation (distribution, OEM, services, etc.)
- Ability to handle marketing/offers matters and secure operational rollouts
- Knowledge of litigation management and oversight of external counsel
- Interest in strategic projects (partnerships, licensing, M&A/business development)
