About the role

  • Contract management: drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and related documents
  • Assess and determine legal risks; provide operational recommendations
  • Promote a compliance culture: disseminate best practices and contribute to updating compliance frameworks
  • Handle drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts
  • Analyze and secure commercial proposals
  • Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters related to commercial activities
  • Support and secure external growth transactions (M&A)
  • Draft and negotiate key documents (NDA, LOI, TSA)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Business/Corporate Law
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation (distribution, OEM, services, etc.)
  • Ability to handle marketing/offers matters and secure operational rollouts
  • Knowledge of litigation management and oversight of external counsel
  • Interest in strategic projects (partnerships, licensing, M&A/business development)
