About the role
- Plan and manage rollout projects in close coordination with customers and internal teams
- Create rollout plans, timelines and milestones
- Set up new customer centers and maintain relevant data in the CRM (Zoho) and in the AI tool
- Ensure technical prerequisites including data migration and interface configuration
- Coordinate pilot phases, testing and final system approvals
- Handover to support and follow-up including satisfaction surveys and optimizations
- Proactive support of car dealerships with regular communication and feedback sessions
- Conduct and evaluate satisfaction surveys as well as systematically analyze user feedback and relay insights to product development
- Monitor and renew service contracts
- Organize and carry out updates, maintenance appointments and trainings
- Assist in producing training videos, webcasts and partner content together with the Marketing department
- Conduct webinars and on-site trainings and support the onboarding of new dealership staff
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., automotive sales specialist), relevant professional experience or a degree in IT, project management or business administration
- Experience in rollout or project management, preferably in the automotive or software sector
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-facing work
- Organizational talent with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site appointments
- Confident handling of tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), MS Office and common online meeting tools
- Advantage: experience creating training materials or videos
