About the role
- Ensure property meets ownership goals and objectives
- Enforce Guardian Management policies and procedures
- Supervision of property staff and vendors
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
- Maintain curb appeal and perform property maintenance
- Ensure compliance with government and program requirements
- Complete required paperwork and reports on time
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three (3) years of experience managing a multi-family community
- At least three (3) years of experience working with the specific property program(s)
- At least one (1) year of experience managing a team of two (2) or more employees
- At least one year of experience developing, maintaining and adhering to an annual budget
- Experience with Yardi
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of property budgets and financial accounting
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing
