About the role

Requirements

- Prior claims knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint—and web-based systems
- Flexibility of shift requirement as per business need
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and work well under pressure
- Occasional extended work hours/weekends to meet deadlines
