Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working within an Agile methodology framework
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
Demonstrated proficiency in requirements management, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
Experience with change management principles and their application in product adoption
Excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Strong empathy for users and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to facilitate training sessions effectively
Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their application in product success measurement
Understanding of risk management principles in a product development context
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their potential application in business solutions
Experience with business process improvements
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
