About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the strategic development and enhancement of CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Lead the product development lifecycle for CRM and sales enablement initiatives
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis
- Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Utilize Analytical Acumen and Data Analysis to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Drive Digital Transformation efforts within the sales organization
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams
- Implement and manage Change Management strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor junior product team members
- Conduct Business Process Improvements reviews
- Proactively identify and manage risks associated with product development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically within CRM and/or sales enablement domains
- Proven expertise in Agile Methodology and managing product backlogs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Requirements Management and defining clear, concise user stories
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training sessions
- Understanding of Change Management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Experience with Digital Transformation initiatives and emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate Empathy and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with Risk Management in a product development context.
