About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide essential support to the HR team
- Drive HR initiatives within the organization
- Assist in delivering a broad range of HR projects
- Partner with various business units to support their HR needs
- Lead and operationalize core HR processes
- Drive colleague engagement survey strategy and follow-through
- Assist in preparing data and facilitation techniques

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience (3+ years) in HR or a related role preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong assessment and analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) is a plus
